Counseling for Grief & Loss

Are you experiencing a significant loss in your life? If you are experiencing grief and loss from the death of a loved one, an end of a marriage or close relationship, or a major life transition, we are here to help.

Grief is a deeply personal journey, and there is no single “right” way to grieve. You may be struggling with traumatic or complicated grief, anticipatory grief that occurs before an expected loss, the cumulative grief of multiple losses, or the secondary losses that stem from a primary loss. Your grief experience is unique and we provide a safe, compassionate space, combined with the professional support to gently work toward healing and hope while honoring the significance of your loss.

Together we will process the emotions, changes, and challenges that can come with losing someone or something meaningful, while also helping you find meaning and purpose after loss.

Counseling for Couples

Are you feeling disconnection in your marriage or relationship? Is your marriage or relationship in crisis as a result of an affair or pornography addiction?

Couples counseling provides a safe and supportive space for partners to repair after betrayal, while also fostering a deeper understanding of ways unhealthy patterns of behavior are creating more wounding and distance in your marriage.

Together, we work on developing skills to navigate healthy conflict, rebuilding trust after betrayal, navigating life transitions, while learning healthier patterns of connection. Our work focuses on helping each partner feel heard and valued while creating a stronger, more intentional relationship. Our approach draws from our training and work experience and utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) techniques.

For couples who desire it, we will incorporate Christian faith and biblical principles, offering encouragement as partners seek to grow in love, grace, and forgiveness.

Counseling for Anxiety or Depression

Are symptoms of anxiety or depression impacting your well being and quality of life?

Anxiety can affect your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and everyday life. We equip you to better understand what may be contributing to your anxiety and develop healthy tools for managing worry, stress, and overwhelming emotions.

We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Therapy techniques to help you build greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience while learning practical strategies to minimize symptoms and navigate life with greater peace and balance.
