Meet tracy
Hello, I'm Tracy. I believe we all need support at every stage of life. When you meet with me, my priority is making sure you feel understood and genuinely cared for. I know that reaching out for counseling can feel overwhelming, so I strive to create a space where you can exhale, slow down, and truly be yourself. Whether you're facing stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, or life transitions, or you simply feel weighed down by all you're carrying, I'll walk alongside you with steady compassion and practical guidance.
Many people seek counseling because they're longing for clarity, healthier patterns, or a place to sort through thoughts and emotions they've been holding alone. I offer a calm, judgment-free environment where you can explore your story at your own pace and begin to see new possibilities. My approach is collaborative and encouraging. Together, we'll identify what matters most to you, set meaningful goals, and build skills that make life feel more manageable and fulfilling.
My work combines thoughtful reflection with real-world tools you can use between sessions, so your growth doesn't end when you leave the office. I work with children, teens, and adults of all ages, meeting each person where they are and supporting them through the next steps toward healing and change. For those who desire it, I also offer faith-based counseling that integrates your beliefs into our work together. I hold a master's degree in counseling from Shippensburg University and am working toward licensure under the supervision of a licensed professional counselor, so you also benefit from an added layer of clinical expertise. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling a little lighter, more grounded, and more empowered to move forward with confidence, resilience, and hope.
